Minterne Apartments is an Extra Care scheme that provides residents with the freedom to live independently, with extra peace of mind they can access on-site care, if and when, they need it.
Any care and support you receive at Minterne Apartments will be built around you and delivered in your own home. There is a Care Team on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide you with emergency care, but if you need more or regular care this can also also be arranged.
Suitable for individuals, as well as couples, even if only one person requires care, this means couples with differing care needs can continue living together, unlike a care home where they would have to live separately.
